At Nina & Rocky, hospitality is more than a service—it’s a way of life. Our story begins with a passion for creating seamless, personalized experiences, ensuring that every guest feels at home in Mallorca.
Nina & Rocky isn’t just a brand, in fact it’s a personal story of family, tradition, and legacy. The name comes from the nicknames of our founders’ first two children, representing our commitment to genuine care, trust, and the personal touch that makes every experience special.
The founders want their children to grow up with the culture, traditions, and authenticity of Mallorca and they want to transmit the same to every guest, so they can truly experience the island when they visit.
Our little mascot, Gigi, carries deep meaning. Named after the third child of the founders, Gigi is a beaver dressed as a butler, a unique symbol of what we stand for.

How Nina & Rocky was born
Founded by uniting three well-established service providers—Butler Experience Mallorca (since 2022), Spa@Home (since 2010), and Mountain Wellness (since 2017)—Nina & Rocky is built on a foundation of trust and excellence.
Our journey began with a commitment to redefine hospitality in Mallorca, offering a variety of services that meet the highest standards of hospitality, wellness, and event coordination.
The idea for Nina & Rocky was born from a shared vision between Andrea and Louise—to combine their decades of expertise in hospitality and wellness into a singular, seamless experience. Over countless conversations and shared dreams, they realized there was a unique opportunity to bring the sophistication and world-class hotels and spas directly into the comfort of their clients’ homes.
Their journey began with a desire to fill a gap in the market—to create a company that not only provided exceptional service but also offered a personal, human touch.
Andrea’s meticulous attention to detail and Louise’s deep understanding of wellness formed the perfect partnership. Together, they crafted Nina & Rocky, a company designed to redefine hospitality through their unique blend of professionalism, warmth, and authenticity.

Louise brings more then two decades of unparalleled expertise in the wellness industry to Nina & Rocky. Her journey began with a deep-seated passion for helping others find balance and serenity in their lives.
This passion led her to pursue specialized training in spa therapies and holistic health treatments, where she honed her craft and developed an intimate understanding of her clients’ needs.
Throughout her career, Louise has worked with a diverse clientele, mastering an array of wellness practices that blend relaxation and rejuvenation. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction quickly established her as a leading expert in her field.
In 2010, Louise began working for Spa@Home Mallorca, a pioneering concept that brought bespoke spa experiences directly to clients’ homes. In 2016, when the founder Amanda Tabb left the island, Louise acquired the business and took charge of Spa@Home and Mountain Wellness. Her dedication, client-focused approach, and talent for tailoring personalized treatments have solidified the reputation as a leading wellness provider.
Louise’s dedication to her craft and her clients has been the cornerstone of her career. Today, as co-founder of Nina & Rocky, she continues to lead the wellness side of the business with the same passion and precision. Her mission is to create experiences that not only relax the body but also nurture the soul, ensuring every treatment is a transformative journey of well-being.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Louise has continuously sought to innovate and expand her knowledge in wellness.

Andrea’s passion for hospitality began at the age of 8, when he decided to dedicate his life to the art of service.
At just 14, he took the first step toward his dream by enrolling in a five-year hotel school. During his time there, Andrea gained hands-on experience in every hotel department through stage training, earning two diplomas: one in reception and another as Responsible for Service of Hospitality.
His career started in restaurants, where he worked as a commis and quickly fell in love with the vibrant, guest-centered environment.
Andrea’s dedication to excellence led him to travel extensively, gaining invaluable experience in Michelin-starred establishments, gourmet restaurants, and casual dining venues alike.
In 2008, Andrea’s expertise and commitment to exceptional service were recognized when he joined the renowned team at La Residencia, which earned the accolade of Best Service in Spain the year before. Working with that team marked a significant milestone in his career, reinforcing his passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
In 2013, Andrea transitioned to a new challenge, becoming a butler for a prestigious villa with a team of 20 staff. By 2017, his leadership skills and attention to detail saw him rise to the role of Head of Operations, where he oversaw the seamless management of the property and its services.
Today, Andrea channels his decades of experience into Nina & Rocky, where he brings his love for hospitality and his dedication to excellence to every client interaction. His mission is to create unforgettable moments for guests, redefining hospitality with warmth, precision, and an unwavering commitment to perfection.
Born in Gijón, Asturias, Raquel moved to Mallorca in 1999 after a family vacation made her fall in love with the island’s light, charm, and the unique blend of traditional and cosmopolitan villages.Her career in hospitality began informally in Asturias and continued in Mallorca, where she gained extensive experience working across the island. From private villas and hotels of various categories to beach clubs and industrial area restaurants, she has worked in diverse settings, allowing her to understand and cater to a wide range of clients with different needs and expectations.Raquel met Louise and Andrea in 2008, and over the years, they developed a strong and lasting friendship. Their shared passion for delivering a special, honest, and personalized service to both visitors and residents has been a driving force in their collaboration. Helping others discover the beauty of Mallorca—its landscapes, local products, and unique experiences—is what makes her work a true passion. Being a host in the place that has welcomed her so warmly for so many years is a privilege she deeply cherishes.
Born in Sóller, Mallorca, Carla has always had a deep connection to her island. She studied massage therapy at Ortos in Palma and joined the Nina & Rocky team in 2016 when it was still Spa@Home Mallorca. After a few years gaining new experiences, she returned to the company in 2022 with the intention of staying long-term. Passionate about her work, Carla finds great fulfillment in helping people feel better through her treatments. Her approach goes beyond technique; she believes in creating moments of relaxation and well-being that allow clients to fully enjoy their time in Mallorca. Being Mallorquin is an essential part of her identity, and she takes great pride in working for a company that values and promotes the culture and traditions of her island. For her, Nina & Rocky represents more than just exceptional service—it is a way to showcase Mallorca’s authentic essence, from its hospitality to its deep-rooted wellness traditions. Carla is dedicated to sharing the warmth and care that define Mallorcan hospitality, ensuring that every guest experiences the island’s unique charm in the most personal and meaningful way.
Daniella joined the Nina & Rocky team in 2018 and is the longest-standing member of the company. A dedicated professional and highly skilled massage therapist, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to her work. Born to British and Venezuelan roots, Daniella fell in love with Mallorca during her travels across the world. For several years, she balanced her time between the island and exploring new destinations—spending eight months working with Nina & Rocky and four months discovering different cultures, learning new techniques, and expanding her knowledge of wellness practices. Now settled in Mallorca permanently with her beautiful family, she is deeply connected to the island and its way of life. She values the opportunity to work in a company that embraces local traditions while also bringing an international perspective to hospitality and wellness. For Daniella, being part of Nina & Rocky means more than just providing excellent treatments—it’s about creating meaningful experiences that help clients reconnect with themselves and the beauty of Mallorca. Her expertise, warmth, and dedication make her an invaluable part of the team.
