Every service is designed to give you time, presence, and peace of mind.

Our fees are transparent. Provider costs (restaurants, yachts, chefs, etc.) are always passed on at cost, we add no commissions.

A no refundable €50 deposit is required before starting any service or communication.

For services outside the Deià, Sóller, and Valldemossa areas, an additional charge equivalent to one hour of concierge service (€50) will apply to cover travel and coordination.

Concierge Services

Premium requests may carry surcharges. Provider costs are invoiced separately.

Hourly Fee: €50

This fee applies to all concierge assistance provided by our team, including: Communication via messages, WhatsApp, email, and SMS Research and planning of activities or services Reservations and bookings (restaurants, transport, activities, etc.) General information and local advice Coordination and follow-up The hourly rate, which will be prepaid, is calculated based on the actual time spent handling your requests and communications, ensuring a fair and transparent approach for clients who prefer on-demand support without a membership commitment.

Concierge Lite: 4 h/day €150

Butler Concierge: 10–12 h/day €400

Price of the chef: from €100 per guest
Express– minus then 48 hours- €50 extra
Additional time over 5 hours – €45 per hour
Additional waiter over 14 people – €40 per hour

Shopping

Small shopping (1-2 bags): €60
Medium full fridge restock, 3 h work + unpacking: €110
